Full payment, including shipping and handling, by credit card, must accompany your order. Please call or e-mail us for your exact shipping and handling charge. If you are faxing your order, please include the following:

• Version of book desired
• Quantity desired

The standard shipping-and-handling charge is $.50 for domestic and international orders, in addition to postage. All orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail (7-10 business days) unless another method of delivery is requested. All orders are shipped within one business day (you will be notified of any backorders or delays). All prices and discounts are subject to change without notice.
